AC Fan Filter Unit (FFU)

  • Kyodo Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is a self-contained ceiling unit for use in turbulent mixing and laminar flow cleanroom applications. The unit is designed with total flexibility for use with the ceiling grids. It canalso be used in many other applications, such as clean booths, clean workbenches, and Clean Room tunnels. When the filter is equipped with a knife-edge inter-face, the unit can also be utilized in the liquid-sealed ceiling grid. It can be easily upgraded and integrated into any ceiling configuration in accordance withdesign specification to achieve cleanroom Class 100 (ISO Class 5), Class 10 (ISO Class 4) and Class 1 (ISO Class 3).

EC Fan Filter Unit (FFU)

  • Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is the core product of Kyodo-Allied and we have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing all sizes, material and type of FFU.
  • Kyodo-Allied has its own in-house acoustic testing laboratory that compliance with industry standards. The test facility is able to provide a full range of quality and performance parameters, such as air velocity, noise level and power consumption. It also provides us a platform for our Research and Development work.
  • Through the use of special patented baffle system (refer to below for details), we are able to produce one of the quietest and most cost effective & efficient systems in the market.
  • Kyodo-Allied offer intelligent and powerful computer software to control up to one million Fan Filter Units through internet and intranet. We are also one of the pioneers in Asia to develop AIBS [Registered Marks] LONWORKS Fan Filter Units control system.
  • Our software offers optional features such as data backup and integration with fire alarm system. We are able to customize the software to suit specific requirement.
  • We operate the largest state-of-the-art manufacturing plants for cleanroom equipment in Asia with a production area of more than 18,000m2. The facilities have a production capacity of 10,000 FFU per month and operate under ISO 9001 certification.

  • Kyodo-Allied Air Shower features programmable microprocessor control system, touch panel, and timer with LED Display. Laminar Flow Clean Room / Zone Diffuser

  • Kyodo LFD type laminar flow clean room / zone diffuser is the ideal choice for unidirectional flow application. If the supply air were already purified by ULPA/HEPA filter, this diffuser would be most suitable to create a Clean Room environment.
  • It is suitable for operating rooms, laboratories and other clean rooms where the air must be carefully controlled.
  • Removable perforated face for cleaning.
