JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the HVAC and Cleanroom products.
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements.
- Follow up project and generate sales quotation.
- Liaises with client project personnel and fulfil the project requirement.
- Manage existing client relationship. Customer development for Local and Oversea Market.
- To achieve yearly sale target and resolve technical issues.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management if required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience in sales, HVAC or Cleanroom experience is an added advantage.
- Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented.
- Hardworking and Sales oriented.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Package).
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese would be an added advantage.

- Handling sales inquiries and quotations from customers.
- Handling pre and post sales enquiries from customers.
- Entering confirmed orders into order system.
- Arrange and track delivery of products from overseas and local warehouse to customers’ location.
- Documentation of order archiving.
- Conduct general office administration.
- Ability to communicate with clients regarding on their orders and our products.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office, computer literate or knowledge in Payroll or Accounting System.
- Able to work independently, good working attitude and strong responsibility, work independently with minimum supervision.
- Understand in both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Malaysia Labour Law.
